So we have a suggestion for your summer meals to introduce the proteins, vitamins and minerals your body needs by mixing in a salad diced Manchego cheese Akkem with apple, cider vinegar, lettuce, a teaspoon of mustard, the juice of half lemon, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. The combination can be not only refreshing, but also nourishing.
